The space: The apartment is located over our barn, which is approximately 125 feet from our main house. We (the owners) live on the property and will be available for any questions or concerns. You will have a private entrance with a keyless entry lock and passcode. There is plenty of parking. We live on the property and are available to answer any questions. You will be on a working farm, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, cows, horses, goats and chickens. This is a working farm. We have chickens, a donkey, sheep and two very friendly barn cats. The neighbors have sheep, cows, horses and goats. We have tons of wildlife, including deer and wild turkeys. We have a short trail through our woods that you are free to take advantage of. We also have treats for the donkey and sheep if you want to feed them. We have a strict no smoking policy on the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
