Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. Upstairs, small attic bedroom accessible by stairs with double bed. (difficult access for people with disabilities, Meunier ladder) 20 minutes from Dinan, medieval city, 30 minutes from Rennes, 40 minutes from Brocéliande, Saint Malo. Mont St Michel, Cap Fréhel… In the surrounding area, the Médréac Velo Rail, the Bécherel book city, the Roman Gallic villa of Quiou, Médréac Velo Rail.
