An open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming space to unwind, with a large sofa and an armchair inviting guests to settle in with a movie or a good book. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the four-seater table or head outside to the spacious private courtyard, where a two-seater setting offers a peaceful, leafy spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon wine alfresco. The light and airy bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, with ceiling fans and electric blanket ensuring guests are comfortable year-round (Bedroom two also has a wall split system air conditioner for extra heating & cooling). The stylish, monochrome bathroom features a modern vanity and walk-in shower plus all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and free street parking 24/7. Please note that the owner is a FIFO worker and has some personal belongings including clothing in one of the wardrobes. The bonus here is that you often get a fully stocked pantry which you are welcome to use. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! There is just room to park a small car in the garage (you might need to keep the roller door up to create enough space for your car without blocking the neighbours) or in the street where it is free to park.
