Small guest house near the lake shore near Järna

Small guest cottage with private bathroom in a quiet sunny location. 80 m to the lake shore with swimming beach, barbecue area and rowboat. 20-minute walk to the bus stop with connection to Järna and Södertälje. We live here on the hill with family and rent the guest cottage on a weekly basis when we don't have any visitors. The space Small wood-paneled room with windows on all sides. Round table, small kitchenette with sink and hotplates including fridge. Pull-out sofa bed with bedding in the sofa compartment. In front is a small terrace. Behind it is a narrow bathroom with toilet and shower.
