The home is 2350 sq. ft. It sleeps up to 16. We have ramped up cleaning and disinfecting, focusing on any surface that could have had contact. We feel our house is a viable and safer alternative to hotels where you are around many unknown people. Our house is also a good alternative for corporate stays. eight beds, three couches, and a baby pack n play. We do have a ring camera outside the front door for safety purposes....there are no cameras inside the home. The space Seating and beds are very comfortable. We have furnished it so you will have everything you might need. Pots and pans, dishes, crock pot, coffee pot, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer, luggage caddies, linens and bedding, soap, shampoo,conditioner, hand lotion, coffee, tea, cereal, hair dryers, cards and dominoes. Toys and color books and books for the kids. Extra linens are in the closets and in the linen closet at the end of the hall and in the bathroom closet.. there is a bath bench in the bottom of the bathroom closet and hand rails in the main bathtub...a baby pack n play in the hall closet by main bath and clean baby linens on the shelf above.. if you use either of the couches for sleeping, please make sure you use linens...there are some extra pillows in the back bedroom closet...the house is nonsmoking. If you smoke outside, please use the ashtrays. . There is also an outside trashcan on the patio... We hope you enjoy staying in our home and treat it like it was yours. Guest access You will have access to the whole house , fenced backyard, and patio area. There is room for five cars on the driveway. Parking in the street is discouraged, and you may or may not be ticketed because there is a fire hydrant in the front yard. Please treat our home like it was yours. Other things to note If you have brought your pets, please clean up after them. pets can be left in the back yard or kennelled in the house if you are away. if they are barkers, please kennel them in the entry. no pets on the furniture or on beds. if you use the couches for sleeping ease use linens on them. please do not log into the TV channels and log out because the next person will not be able to open the app. if you hook up anything for games, please hook up the hdmi you removed . if you rent anything on the TV we will be notified, and we will have to charge you. checkout intructions: Please leave beds that have been slept in anytime during your stay unmade so we will know which linens need washed. Please put all trash in the dumpster provided out front before you leave. Used towels and rags from kitchen and bathrooms need to be put in the laundry baskets in the utility room or in the washer with lid left up. Please turn both thermostats up to 80 in warm weather or down to 60 in cold weather before you leave. If you bring a pet, please clean up after them. Please don't leave opened food in the refrigerator. Run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes. If you have moved furniture around please return it to its proper place.
