The beach of Praia da Rocha is 400 metres away. From the balcony you have a view over the river Arade. In the morning you have sun in the apartment. There is private parking around the building, when it´s full it is full. You can park for free around 200 metres from the apartment. The space The apartment is suitable for 4 guests. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the livingroom that is suitable for 2 adults. Other things to note Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the costs of water and electricity included. This is paid seperately in cash based upon your consumption. Tourist Tax. The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made on 14th of March 2024. The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night. During check-in the tourist tax is payable, you can pay in cash or bank transfer.
