The space This cozy flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cape Town. Whether you're relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the spectacular sunset views, or unwinding on the couch with your favorite book, you'll feel right at home. With everything Cape Town has to offer just outside your door, this is a perfect spot to explore from. Feel free to get creative in the fully-equipped kitchen and cook up your favorite meals. There's also a washing machine with a dryer for your convenience. We have 2 Queen beds, each with fresh linen, soft covers, and comfortable pillows to ensure a restful sleep. Stay cool with the air conditioner in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a hot/cold shower, sink, toilet, cabinets, and mirror. Essential bath and shower products are provided for your use. Enjoy your stay! Disclaimer: For stays of 30 days or longer, we provide a monthly electricity top-up of up to R3000. If your usage exceeds this amount, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost. Guest access You will have the home entirely to yourself for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Please note that there are several bars and restaurants near the property, which may affect the noise levels, especially during peak hours. While the area offers a vibrant atmosphere, we encourage you to plan accordingly for a comfortable stay. Please note that South Africa experiences scheduled power outages known as loadshedding. This is managed by Eskom to prevent strain on the national power grid. Loadshedding may affect electricity availability for a few hours at a time.
