The space Our home offers a unique set of features that set it apart from other listings in Oakville, including 4 office spaces, 4 full bathrooms, 2 family rooms on the main floor, and a basement family room. There are 6 sofas throughout the house and a TV in every room, making it easy to relax and unwind. Our newest and most distinctive feature is the swim spa — a rare amenity you won’t find in other Oakville listings. As you enter through the front door, you’re welcomed into a grand foyer. To the right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy reading nook that also serves as an office space, featuring a large window overlooking the street. The backyard and swim spa can be accessed through the garage. The kitchen includes a dining table that seats 8 comfortably, plus 4 stools at the island. This area opens into a spacious family room with a large sectional, perfect for gathering the whole family. Light the fireplace and enjoy the warmth while chatting with loved ones or cooking nearby. On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. A second living room with a TV offers additional space to relax. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and each has a desk and chair for work or study. The laundry room is also located on this level. The basement features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a seating area with couches, and a TV - providing a comfortable and private space for larger groups or extended families. Step to a lush green lawn which is maintained through out the season by regular lawn maintenance and sprinkler system. Our backyard has a dining table and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy. With so many area's to cover we had missed photo of our side lawn. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house Other things to note PLEASE go through hot tub waiver at the end. Over night street parking is not allowed. Please park on the driveway to avoid a parking ticket. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety. We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower. Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding. Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions. Hot tub: By booking the house guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB USE: In consideration of my use of the exercise equipment and facilities provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the host and its insurers, co-host, contractors and cleaners, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment/hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the host, co-host, cleaners and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the host, co-host, contractors and cleaners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest. I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death, for any reason also including from water being contaminated or equipment malfunctioning. I also understand and take responsibility of its use including maintaining proper bromine level before using for myself, my guests and any visitors. By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the host, co-host and cleaners.
