Close Condado/La placita/Beach Lavender Cozy House are located in a residential area in San Juan with easy access to main avenues and only 12 mins from the Luis Muñoz Marín (SJU) Airport. Because it's a residential non-touristic area you can experience living among locals. You will find within a short walk: restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacy among other things (with affordable prices because is not a tourist area). Walking Distance Walmart Restaurants & Bars The space Lavender Cozy House is the ideal base camp to enjoy all the comforts and all the fun things you can do in Puerto Rico, located just 6 minutes from the tourist area of Condado. We are located approximately 15-20 minutes by car from the Airport and the tourist area of Isla Verde 🏖. Lavender Cozy Apartment is a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a light modern decor, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and an outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture. Lavender Cozy Apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The base price is based on occupancy for 2 people. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is strictly for a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. Visitors are not allowed as they are considered guests. The property does not have exclusive parking for guests. 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and air conditioning. The living room, which is a common area for the guests of this unit, has a sofa bed (full & twin), air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Kitchen equipped with small 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, among others. In the dining area you will find a dining set for 4 people, you will also find a small work area with a desk and chair. 1 Bathroom with hot water (in-line heater, the water does not come out boiling since these heaters work a lot according to the water pressure) shampoo dispenser, conditioner, bath gel. We've added all the comforts to make you feel at home away from home. There are no common areas that are shared with other guests, the entire apartment will be for you and your guests, which will give you a lot of privacy. You'll find all the basic kitchen utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy wi-fi in the house (don't forget to bring your Netflix account password for your entertainment). Anyway, you'll feel at home. Guest access Once on the property you will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note ⚠️💡 POWER OUTAGES: Unfortunately, power outages occur more often than we would like and are unpredictable. In the event of an interruption, restoration depends solely on the electricity company. We do NOT offer refunds for power outages. ***To help during interruptions, we provide a battery-powered lamp 🔦 and if the interruption is for a long time (3 hours or more) we will contact you.** Lavender Cozy House strives to offer first-class service and amenities to ensure that our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All our properties are equipped with freshly-washed sheets and towels. We offer one bath towel per guest. We do not provide hand towels or wash towels. Lavender Cozy House offers the disposable amenities you need to make your vacation start comfortably. These amenities include hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 small amount of dish soap. We do not offer unlimited services. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on anything else that may be necessary during your stay. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR. You may experience power interruptions since the infrastructure of the ESA in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event beyond our control for which we do not offer any kind of refund; even so you will find a flashlight of batteries in case an inconvenience arises during the night; we also keep an eye out in case the event is a long one to be able to help the guest in what is within our reach. These events can be for short periods and sometimes for longer periods, depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL. The property does not have parking for guests; if you choose to bring a car, you must keep in mind that you must park on the street in front of the property if available. Uber has been effective and accessible for guests. ➡️Netflix and Roku will work with the guest account, remember to bring your password. ➡️The line heater works with water pressure and heats through a resistance as the water passes through it. This means that it is not for prolonged use, as it is designed to heat instantly and efficiently within moderate use. It is important to note that if there is more than one bathroom in use at the same time, the water pressure is distributed, which can affect the temperature of the hot water. For best performance, we recommend using it for short periods and avoiding the simultaneous use of multiple showers. We recommend turning on the hot water faucet first and then adjusting to your preference by turning on the cold water. ➡️The property in front of this accommodation is the residence of the Community Leader and his family (responsible for ensuring compliance with the neighborhood rules); they love to interact with the neighbors so feel free to say hello.
