Dog Owners please note that the Building Management STRICTLY PROHIBITS using the Garden for any Pet Waste / Relief purposes and imposes a fine of $250 for each incident caught. Please walk your dogs outside of the building and enjoy the many nearby dog parks. Please note our Flat is always professionally cleaned after any Guest stay with a Pet to ensure all Guests have a hypoallergenic, clean stay. The Pet Fee only covers the Building Management's rent and liability requirements.
