Wisteria Garden

Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children. The space Wisteria Garden was built in 1929 and has many architectural feature from that era, including wainscoting and a domed ceiling. At a little less than 1100 square feet it has 26 windows! Guest access The entire property is dedicated to the vacation rental so it is all yours. Other things to note There are about 1000 wineries located within an hour of the house and scores within 10 minutes of the house. To protect the house and my neighbors I don't host guests who have not verified their government ID with Airbnb. Verifying your ID will also allow you to instant book in the future.
