Stag Leap Harts Landing - A lovely forest getaway!

This spacious cabin has plenty of room for a family or couples retreat! It is set on a sloping hill that leads down to the spring-fed Bonaldo Creek. The covered porch and extended deck invite guests outside to enjoy the songbirds and outdoor dining. There's space for five, with two private bedrooms, two baths, and an additional built-in daybed in the living area. The open-concept living area & kitchen allow everyone to share a meal, game time, and/or movie night. The space The living room & kitchen area has a built-in daybed, full leather reclining sofa, occasional chair, smart TV, dining table, and chairs. A small nook off the main living area serves as an extension of the kitchen and then steps down into the master suite. The large master suite has a king bed, private toilet room, open Jacuzzi tub, and large vanity. A unique palladium window and a sliding glass door that opens onto a private deck beckons nature inside this luxurious space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath and shower. It also has a closet for hanging clothes or storing luggage during your stay. ***IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS CABIN & OUR PROPERTY*** The hot tub, laundry room, and activity field are shared amenities. The hot tub is not too far from this cabin and can be accessed by a fairly short walk, but as noted above, this cabin does have an indoor jacuzzi tub. The hot tub may be reserved for an hour of private use; however, you do not have to reserve it to use it. All other amenities are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have a NO PETS & NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabin, away from open doors and windows. Extra fees will be charged if we determine smoking has occurred inside the cabin. Guest access Your cabin is located on 250+ acres that has multiple trails for exploring the woodlands. We offer golf cart rentals for an additional fee payable upon arrival. If you are interested in reserving a golf cart, let us know so we can save one for you. This cabin is down a pretty steep hill (no special vehicle required), which provides ultimate privacy from other guests. You have full access to your cabin and will be given directions and a key to it upon checking in at the main house upon arrival. If you prefer a contact-free check-in, that may be arranged upon request. You also have access to a free laundry facility which is attached to the hot tub area. All guests on the property have access to the hot tub, but it can be reserved for private use for an hour at a time for no additional fee. The laundry and hot tub area are not too far from this cabin, but far enough that you won't see them from the cabin. Other things to note Although we aren't very far from great places to eat, you may never want to leave the property once you arrive! Feel free to bring your cooler of food or visit one of our local grocery stores to stock up for your stay. We have tried to provide everything you'd need in the kitchen, but if something is missing or not available, we will be happy to accommodate any reasonable requests. Look through the Stag Leap Guest Book for suggestions of places to eat, shop and play. We are located just 10 miles outside of Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas, and 3 miles from beautiful Lake Nacogdoches where you can enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, picnicking and disc golf. Our area is full of history and offers many beautiful places to explore! We have six other cabins on the property, but the cabins are spread out and tucked into natural surroundings so as to provide our guests maximum privacy.
