Our charming studio is located near cafes, pubs, restaurants, boutiques, and organic grocers. Bus stops are just steps away, with the tube and rail stations 15 mins away. Broadway Market and Shoreditch are within walking distance. The studio features a small double bed, kitchenette, wifi, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and street parking. Don't forget to wake up early and take a stroll through one of London's finest parks to grab breakfast lakeside before your busy day! The space This bijou private studio is in the heart of Victoria Park "Village", close to shops, restaurants, and transport links. This compact, cosy, modern studio is perfect for resting and recharging at the end of a busy day. It has a kitchenette, a small double bed, a wardrobe, a small pull-down table/desk, and a private lavatory with a shower. It also has Freeview TV, Netflix, and wifi, and street parking (free outside 10 am-12 pm Mon-Fri). Just so you know, the sleeping arrangement is one small double bed (120cm x 190cm), comfortably fitting one person or two people who don't mind being very close. Guest access The studio is private and self-contained. The corridor with stairs to the street is shared by 2 other flats. Check-in Details: Official check-in time is from 3pm. Early-Bird Check-In Service: If you wish to check-in earlier than 3pm and if it is possible for us to alter our cleaning/maintenance schedule, I offer 'Early-Bird' check-in at a fee of £15/hr. Please message me your request at least 24 hrs in advance. Check-out Details: Check-out is by 11am. Late Check-Out Service: Late check-out (if possible) is charged at £30 until 1pm latest. Please submit your request by airbnb message. Other things to note Just a quick note to let you know that our studio is on the smaller side, but we've made sure to price it accordingly. It's actually the most affordable private unit in the area, which is pretty great! It's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who don't mind sharing a bed. But if you're looking for more room to stretch out, we have a larger one-bedroom flat available too (it's just a bit pricier).
