Our home has two levels with main level access of 6 steps from driveway. You’ll step onto our beautiful wrap around deck. You’ll be able to access front or back door and outdoor furniture and hot tub on exterior. Interior you’ll be able to access 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living area. You can also access our home from street level via newly custom built wood deck steps. You can access the lower level which consists of 2 bedrooms, half bath, and laundry room. We offer free wifi/internet. Welcome gift basket and complimentary toiletry items. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee/Tea bar. 4 French door walkouts. 6 entry doors total. Reverse Osmosis filtered water system and whole house Water Softener. Woodburning stove. Gas logs see thru Master bedroom and Master bath. Not only romantic but cuts the chill on frigid nights. Pellet stove in Bedroom 5 downstairs. We have propane heat for the winter. (No one on the mountain has central air conditioning including us). We do have ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We have hardwood flooring, tile and carpet throughout.We have upgraded decor. With our free wifi access, you'll need to set up your own streaming accounts and then delete that account before checkout. Guest access You will have full access to all 5 bedrooms and all areas on the property excluding a master bedroom closet and downstairs housekeeping closet. There is an addtl charge of $200/week for use of our laundry room because of utility costs. Other things to note If the maximum number of 12 is exceeded or there are undisclosed and unpaid guests residing in our home, this will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund for the reserved stay amount. There has been a fire ban which included fire pits. The Forest Service has lifted bans of entry to the forest for hiking but outdoor fires haven’t been lifted yet. You may however use our propane grill for your meal preparation.
