A great feature of this room is that there are no other rooms on the same floor. Other things to note Please note : • This is a pet-free and smoke-free room, and we kindly ask our guests to respect this policy to avoid additional charges. • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. • Visitors are generally not allowed unless approved in advance. Please notify us beforehand if needed. We’re offering one free load of laundry per week for weekly bookings. For additional laundry needs, there is a public laundry service conveniently located near the house. For long-term stays ( more than 3 days -we provide: • Two rolls of toilet paper per month • One-time provision of shampoo, body •. We are not responsible about the washroom cleaning but we do our best to clean one time per week. wash, and one bath towel. We regret that we cannot provide additional supplies. After 10 PM, please limit going in and out of the house to essential reasons only. Going outside to smoke after 10 PM is prohibited.
