Bring your family or friends to a pleasant and comfortable stay in the midst of nature. Beautiful view of Serra Geral, five minutes from downtown Lauro Müller. Experience the feeling of being close to nature with the convenience of being close to the city. The space Our accommodation is in a relatively large house, with good bedrooms (3), bathroom (1) and a large living/dining room, where we have cable TV and a beer maker. The house has a full kitchen, with a gas and wood stove, as well as other appliances. In the front, there is an area with space for two hammocks. In the back, the area has a built-in barbecue (charcoal/wood). We also have a mobile gas barbecue and wood burners that can be used in the large outdoor area. The house is surrounded by a garden and lawn, where you can even play a little ball with your children and friends. In the back, there is a dam and many trees, which provides opportunities for bird watching. Access to the accommodation is all paved, and we are very close to the city center, so if you wish, you can order pizza/snacks delivered to the site. This is our experience of a stay in the countryside with the amenities of the city. Guest access The entire house can be used, with the exception of the tool storage room. The house is located on a large plot, so if the guest wishes, they can take a walk to the back of the property, where they will have a view of the city. In the front of the property, near the house, we have neighbors, so, out of respect for them, we do not allow the use of loud noise or events on the premises. Other things to note We are approximately 20 kilometers from Mirante da Serra do Rio do Rastro. Thus, our accommodation provides, in addition to rest and fun, also the possibility for the guest to take a ride on their motorcycle and/or bicycle to admire the beauty of our Serra Catarinense.
