Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a beautiful outdoor area, barbecue, fully fenced and closed, 2 minutes from all shops and municipal pool open July to early September. Approximately 25 minutes from the Centre of Tours and the castles of the Loire Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, etc., 45 minutes. Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo and 10 min. karting track and familly Park. The space detached and fully fenced house with automatic gate, parking for 3 cars possible, a south-facing terrace that is not overlooked and shaded, entrance into a living room with open kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, 1 laundry room with dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board with iron. Living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, plasma TV with adjoining room with sofa bed for reading corner and mezzanine with desk, coffee table and stools with cushions for workspaces. 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with double bed and TV, 1 other with double beds and the last with 1 small bed. 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 shower, 1 vanity and mirror with hair dryer, 1 toilet. when you arrive, the beds will be made, the towels as well as the hygiene products are your responsibility. Guest access our house is located 1 km from all shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station..... we are 20 minutes from Tours, a historic site (cathedral, basilica and tower of Saint Martin, contemporary museum...), 7 km from the A10 and A85 highways. Other things to note We are halfway between Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau and Langeais 20 minutes away and a little further Chambord, Cheverny, Blois etc... access to the A10 and A85 motorways is 10 minutes away. Bed linen is provided upon your arrival; however, bathroom linens (towels, soaps, etc.) and household cleaning products are your responsibility. A washing machine is available; just bring your laundry detergent. Provide baby bedding if needed; no high chair and no changing table for babies. Please note that for groups of more than 5 people, babies will be charged €30 per night, the same as for additional children and adults.
