I rent my 80 m² house for the holidays. It is located close to all amenities. A wooded garden allows you to enjoy a private outdoor space. The living room-kitchen is 24 m², with a large sofa. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with 140 cm beds. A 90 cm mattress can be installed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Supermarket 100 m away. Train station 5 min walk. Bus stop 50 m away. The bike path also provides access to the nearest beaches in less than 20 minutes by bike. The space This villa is my year-round home. It dates from 2005 and I have just completely refreshed it. It is south-north facing, in a quiet subdivision and is close to all amenities and beaches. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds. A single mattress is available for a 7th guest (child). Ideal for families with children. There is a gas grill for grilling and a garden table for eating outside. It is possible to come without a car because public transport is very close. You can drop your bikes or beach accessories in the private courtyard. There is a large natural area 5 minutes away where you can go for sports and walks and also a park to take the children to play. Many different activities to do in the surrounding area. Beaches are within walking distance 40 minutes, cycling 15 minutes, driving 10 minutes. Guest access The whole house except the garage, which I keep as a personal spare room.
