Welcome to Old Town Clovis! Our renovated home is stylish and cozy with all the amenities to enjoy a peaceful stay. Fast wifi and 2 work spaces will be appreciated by remote workers, while families will enjoy the spacious backyard with gate enclosure and bathtub for the kids' bath time. Make this your pit stop before visiting Yosemite- or Sequoia National Park. The space Sage House is an 1100-sqft bungalow located near the heart of Old Town Clovis. Clovis is historically known as a western town, which inspired our modern-farm house decor. Individual bedrooms can fit 2 persons each comfortably with queen-sized mattresses and minimalistic design elements. Our color palette incorporates different shades of green to produce a calming vibe, while the matte black hardware throughout gives our home a modern, clean look. There's a smart TV located in the living room, while another is located in the middle bedroom to help keep those with different viewing habits happy. Fenced front- and back yard allow for young children to play safely, and our oversized driveway gives travelers with multiple cars (or an RV) plenty of space for parking. Guest access You have access to everything; though, we do charge a one-time fee of $35 to park in the 2-car garage. Additional instructions will be provided to access the garage after payment is received via the Airbnb app. Other things to note Please respect the peace of the neighborhood by keeping noise levels down after 9pm. Please note, we do charge a nightly fee for each additional guest after 3 persons. This is already incorporated into our pricing structure via Airbnb.
