Private house in central Umeå with many bedrooms

The house is centrally located in Umeå on Teg. It is also close to the river and the beautiful beach boardwalk. Bölesholmarna with swimming and sauna is a stone's throw away. Indoor sauna, parking, Playstation, garden, playhouse, trampoline, large covered terrace, laundry room, bathtub, etc. Pets live in the house on a daily basis. Your own pets are welcome. You will have the entire house and yard for yourselves during your stay. Quiet area. The space Large house where the downstairs has an open plan with a living room (with TV), a kitchen, and a dining area. There are also two beds in a sofa bed (Ikea Hemnes). The laundry room is next to the kitchen, and there is also a relaxation area with sauna and shower. Patio directly adjacent to the kitchen where there is a sofa and table as well as a simpler dining area. Small, lush garden where you can pick a bouquet of flowers and strawberries (if the harvest is good). Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. One room with a 90 cm wide bed and the possibility of an inflatable 160 cm bed. One room with a double bed 2 x 80 cm. One room with a double bed 180 cm wide and a 90 cm bed, and one room with an 80 cm bed. Upstairs, there is also a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guest access You have access to the entire house and the yard, but the garage/studio is not included. Other things to note A black flat-coated retriever named Rufus lives in the home when we are not renting out the house. Of course, we clean thoroughly before you arrive, but we who rent out the house are a family of 2 adults and 5 children between 1-15 years old, so the house will simply have some traces of us who live here. No partying. We would like you to clean up before you leave but leave the bed linens in place. Bed linens and towels are included in the booking.
