Barn loft on small working farm. Beautiful pasture views with cows. Large deck with grill & outdoor furniture. Pool table, 60 inch smart TV, high speed internet. Ideal location for those working at International Paper, hunters, a family getaway, or even a quiet romantic weekend. Kitchenette (vs. full kitchen). Gravel road. Rustic stay..... it is a barn! Train runs close by so please note if a light sleeper. All that said....AWSOME. Must see pictures! Limit of 4 ADULTS. Total 6 guest limit. The space Large 1200 square ft barn loft. The loft is one large room with the exception of the small bathroom and shower. Sheets, towels, microwave, toaster oven, frig, electic skillet, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, 60 inch smart TV. Plates, glasses, silverware. 4 coffee pods, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag. There is enough stevia and/ or sugar for 4 cups of coffee, and there is small travel size shampoo and soap provided. Guest will need to replenish themselves for longer stays. Guest access Guest have access to entire upstairs of barn, the deck with grill, and backyard. The gazebo with large TV, small refrig, and solo fire pit is a common area. There is a possibility there may be AirBnB guest in guest house. (see pictures) Welcome to stretch your legs on the dirt roads. Other things to note If you are afraid of dogs or farm animals, this will not be the place for you. High balcony, lots of steps and high deck so children will have to be closely monitored.
