Inside, has fully stocked kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, water filter and ice maker in fridge, dining room table and chairs, living room sofabed and recliner chair, bathroom with shower/tub, bedroom with walk-in closet. Plush queen bed sleeps 2, livingroom sofa makes into a full bed, plus two-4 inch futon mattresses. There is no door on the bedroom. However, a portable room divider is available. for privacy. Washer/dryer in garage. You have your own private access to entire house and fenced yard (not shared), plus access to part of the garage where the washer/dryer is located. Designated parking is somewhat narrow driveway. Disclaimer: Watch your step as you step off the driveway near entrance gate. There are leaves and fruit trees that sometimes litter the driveway and walkway. Please watch your step. Self check-in allows guests to come and go without interaction. However, I live close by and can be available when needed. Can have traffic congestion during certain hours of the day, when school gets out, or during public holidays as tourists arrive. The house is child-proof as to outlet covers and cabinet locks, but the front porch stairs require assistance for small children. 1 dog is allowed, if housebroken. Please pick up pet waste in yard, and take pet with you when you leave the site. Fee is $10 per stay for 1 dog.
