Inquire for more details. • Primary room is equipped with a king bed, memory foam mattress & pillows, smart tv, large dresser, alarm clock/usb charging station, pack-n-play portable crib, and attached full bathroom. • Second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, memory foam mattress & pillows, smart tv, dresser, office desk, and an alarm clock/usb charging station. • Third bedroom is equipped with two full over full bunk beds, memory foam mattresses & pillows, smart tv, board games, and an alarm clock/usb charging station. (*Note: Top bunks have a 200lb weight limit.) • Laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as laundry detergent. Laundry room is accessed through the extra door in the second bedroom. • Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee machines, air fryer, blender, toaster, glass and plastic cups, ceramic & plastic dinnerware, utensils, cooking utensils, knife set, baking sheets, pots & pans, mixing bowls, spices and cooking oils, and counter seating with four barstools. • Dining room has a large dining table with seating for six. • Living room equipped with large sectional couch with queen sized Murphy bed cabinet that has a 6 inch memory foam mattress for a more comfortable nights sleep, two recliners, smart tv, Xbox 360 and Wii game consoles. • Hallway closet contains towels, washcloths, linens, pillows, and blankets for the sofa beds. • Downstairs game room is equipped with a pool table, smart tv, couch with a queen sofa bed, attached full bathroom, and a kitchenette including a refrigerator, bar seating, and bar glassware. The closet downstairs contains beach towels, bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. (*Note: NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed on the pool table. A foldable 8ft table is provided and can be used for beer pong, drinking games, etc.) • Downstairs patio is equipped with a large patio table, propane grill, propane fire pit, additional seating and tables overlooking the river & beach, beach chairs, and sand toys. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. • NO Garage Access. Garage is monitored by video surveillance.
