Kick back and relax in your own guest house! This casita is located in a quite community near Upper Bidwell Park. You'll have easy access to 5 Mile Recreation Area, and the many trails of South Rim in Upper Bidwell Park! You'll have your own private space, separate and gated off from the main house. The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space. The space The guest house is a one bedroom one bath with a queen pullout couch. The house is fully furnished but if you find yourself needing anything just let us know. There is a cal king bed in the bedroom and a spacious walk in shower to make your stay feel comfortable! Outside there is seating on the patio. We are at the foot of Upper Bidwell Park so trails and parks are just a short walk away! Guest access You’ll have the entire guest house to yourself. It is fenced off from the main house. You can park off to the left of the driveway or pull your car into the gated area in front of your house. Other things to note Our community is quiet and friendly. You should feel safe and welcome here!
