We have a twin air mattress for a 3rd guest, if needed. Pets are allowed... with a fee! We are huge pet lovers here and look forward to meeting you and your fur baby. There is a $35 pet fee, so if you have a fur friend, please mark you have a pet coming with you. If a pet is found at the property without a pet fee paid, we will send a $50 fine. We want your pets here, but the fee is mandatory. Please read pet rules for further guidance. (If you have a service animal, please message us and let us know you will be coming with a service animal. We have 2 dogs on the property and we need to know when another animal will be present.) The Studio Apartment Kitchenette Bathroom Patio Furniture Backyard This is our home so you may see us in the kitchen or outside on the patio. We love to socialize with our guests if they want, but for the most part we rarely see our guests coming or going. Literally, The Best Neighborhood Ever. We have a few spots in the driveway to park. If you pull straight in past the double garage, we have designated the right and left of the power pole! We ask that you leave room for us to get by! If your vehicle is XL, and you would be more comfortable near the front of the driveway, just let us know! Please no smoking in the apartment, screened patio or back yard fenced area. You may smoke in the driveway by your parking space, please pick up cigarette butts. COMPLIANCE NOTICE: We may be required to state that every stay constitutes a minimum 30 day occupancy, secured in trust by monies received from the guest; There are no additional penalties imposed if a guest leaves after commencing tenancy per guidelines of the Airbnb app.
