Dover- 1st Floor Room With Single Bed

1st floor room ideal for a traveler who would rather not navigate stairs. 2 steps onto the porch, 1 step into the house. Brand new bedding from Ross Furniture and new carpet 4/26. Other bedrooms are upstairs and 2nd bath. Nicer cotton bedding and pillows. Lrg dresser and closet and is located right next to the bathroom. Full access to the kitchen, living room and dining area. Located off Exit 8W on the Spaulding Tpk- Close to bus routes Hannaford, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and Irving. Be my guest! The space There is a cozy wood stove in the living room with seating on each side. Always a nice place to get comfy with your favorite beverage or even dinner in the evening! Outside is a nice patio area with a dining table and 6 chairs. There is also a fire pit with plenty of wood. Guest access Access to Kitchen, dining/living room area, both bathrooms, patio area and porch. There is off-street parking in the driveway. This neighborhood is wonderful for an evening walk as there is very little traffic. ( If you are traveling with your dog, chat with me in advance so I can warn the cat :-) ) During your stay Typically, I am at the house throughout the day. I will be here to meet you when you arrive to show you around. Other things to note Please note if you have allergies: This is a pet friendly property. There is a resident cat on the property and on occasion, I do permit guests to bring a well mannered dog. Laundry - There is a laundramat 2-3 miles from the house (Cleary's). Very nice and clean establishment. Ifyou smoke or vape, you're welcome to use the front porch. Let me know a bit in advance when you'd like a bedding change. I have lots of pillow cases if you'd just like your pillow case changed. If you are not used to cooking but would like to use the kitchen, just let me know. I'm happy to help you. There will be space in the refrigerator for you and cupboard space as well.
