There are two large rooms - a kitchen and a bedroom - in addition to the small bathroom. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a full-sized futon couch (for an additional sleeping option). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Forget something? Kroger grocery is only 1/2 block away, as are a variety of local restaurants, bars, and retail stores! It offers an eat-in kitchen with a gas range, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The private bathroom has a small tub/shower, pedestal sink, and toilet -- it is stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and some little hotel toiletries. The private bedroom/living room combo has a comfy queen bed, full sized pull-out futon, closets, dresser drawers, and a TV with a digital antenna and blue ray player—there aren’t many local channels so bring your ROKU/Fire stick! Extra pillows, sheets and blankets can be found in the closet. There is always plenty of free street parking, and the private entrance is on the ground floor with only a few steps to door. There is a strong WiFi connection. Guest access Please only use the door on the side of the house by the driveway to enter the apartment. Park on the street in front of the house and walk up the driveway (past the front porch) to find the door on the side of the house. There is a lockbox to allow for a contactless self check-in. Other things to note Please note that the city cleans the streets on the FIRST WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY of EACH MONTH...on these days, please be mindful and observe the posted signs to ensure you park on the correct side of the street.
