The living room features a beautiful electric fireplace and comfy L-shape sectional. The kitchen includes most cooking appliances and utensils that you will need. Guest access The entire main floor of the house. No access to the basement. Other things to note House Rules: • Please remove footwear in the porch. • No work wear or heavily soiled clothes in the house. • Smoking is prohibited in the home and please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.  • No food or drinks on the couch or in the bedrooms. • Please avoid cooking strong smelling foods as it is difficult to remove from textiles. • Please do not move the furniture or the air conditioner. • Please take care of the home. You are subject to pay for damages or extra mess that exceed the cleaning fee. • Please use caution when opening and closing the glass shower door. • Feel free to enjoy filtered water and ice from the fridge. • Towels, toiletries and hair dryer are under the bathroom sink. • There is no cable but you can watch movies and tv shows on the Roku in the living room. For stays with pets: • Do not leave pets unattended in or around the home. The yard is not fully fenced in. • No pets on the couch or the beds. For longer stays: • Garbage day is Wednesday morning so please bring the can to the end of the driveway Tuesday evening. Registration Details 5401
