Welcome to our charming T2 located on the top floor of a building adjacent to the train station. It is very well insulated from noise and completely renovated during the summer of 2022, which guarantees you a quiet stay with easy and quick access to all amenities thanks to its exceptional geographical location. Bed linen, toiletries, shower gel provided and tea and coffee pods await you. Bakery, supermarket and dining on the ground floor. The space The residence is secured by an electronic badge that is in a box, the code of which is given to you on the 1st day of your stay. The apartment is on the top floor. When you enter the apartment, you will find the fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle...) and arranged so that the room is spacious and bright. You can have lunch on the counter, or around the coffee table sitting on the small stools or on the sofa in front of the TV. You can also watch a different program on the 2nd TV in the room. The very comfortable bed is standard size (140 x 190) with storage and wardrobe space. The shower is integrated into the room, with a sink + mirror and an electric towel dryer functional all year round. Heating is by radiators, cut between May and October for the summer season. The sofa is convertible and linen is also provided for this second bed that can accommodate up to 2 people (dimensions 140x190). The toilet is separate. The wifi codes are in the welcome booklet made available as soon as you check in. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio and common areas.
