You will have your own private entrance through the front door. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and the two bedrooms will be for your full private use. Both bedrooms will have queen sized beds with plenty of closet space. The living room has a home theater set up for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Colorado’s outdoors. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for you to use any of your streaming services. The kitchen is equipped to handle all of your cooking needs. Guest access Access is available to all of the house except the garage, backyard and the owners private space separated by a locked door in the kitchen. The front driveway is for you’re exclusive use to park. Other things to note The house is set up similar to a duplex. There is a single female long term tenant on the other side but they have their own private entrance and driveway through the back of the house. There is no shared space of any kind between your group and the tenant.
