Our cozy and spacious residence is located in a quiet village, rich in history and culture. Papasidero is a village of the upper Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza and a natural reserve in the heart of the "Pollino National Park". 20 minutes from the sea, it offers many activities and attractions: rafting, water trekking, paintball, quad adventure and more… Byzantine churches, Romito cave and places surrounded by nature. English speaking too The space The house has a separate entrance, suitable for hosting couples, families, perfect travelers or anyone who wants to enjoy the tranquility offered by the small village of Papasidero, working from home (Smart Working). The house is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, with fridge, freezer, microwave, table with 6 chairs, 5-burner stove, oven and all the necessary utensils; a bright living room with 55” Smart TV, comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi and small terrace; a bedroom with spacious wardrobe and desk, a small bathroom with various fixtures and shower; a large double bedroom also very bright, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair bed and terrace; a large bathroom with balcony and window, equipped with sink, mirror, bathtub, shower, washing machine and other fixtures. In the house you will find air conditioning, clean linen, iron, hairdryer. Upstairs you will find an extensive terrace of about 50 sqm, from which you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and starry skies, complete with garden seating and umbrella for a carefree and relaxing stay, we also provide a barbecue for delicious dinners with friends. For any need we will be at your complete disposal, trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
