The double bed tucks under the platform to become your seating space and the eating nook easily doubles as a workspace if wanted. The studio looks out into a private patio ringed by gardens, and my own extensive garden is beyond that. I have cats and family, and the family knows that your space is yours alone, but the cats, not so much! Please keep them out of the studio by closing the screen if you want to leave the door open Guest access You have your own outdoor seating area in addition to the entire studio space and parking spot. I have newly added a simple, small pool (2 ft deep) which is great for cooling off. The pool is a shared space in my yard area. You are free to use it and then lounge in your patio space after your dip. Other things to note This is a completely smoke-free/pet-free unit. You may, of course, smoke outside. I heard the recent call about the firmness of the mattress I replaced in March 2025—it is now a brand-new, softer experience!
