Family/pet friendly pool home/3 bed 2 bath

Bring the whole family to this spacious and airy house with lots of room for fun. House comes with everything you will need for your vacation. Spend time by the pool ( not heated) or relax on our beautiful deck overlooking the water. Visit the famous Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. Swim with Manatees at Weeki Wachee. Close to beaches ( beautiful Honeymoon Island and Fred Howard Park) state parks, restaurants and local attractions. Approximately 40 minutes from Tampa Airport The space Take it easy at this tranquil getaway situated in a safe and quiet residential area. There is a large tropical back yard with deck overlooking the river where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breeze and fish. 20 minutes from beautiful beaches, 40 minutes from Clearwater. The space comprises of living room, dining area, full kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has AC and heating. The kitchen has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The living area and family room both have smart TV's with Netflix and the wifi is free. The pool is not heated. Linens and towels provided. There is a small farm over the water at the back of the house with a resident donkey, which most guests find amusing. Please be advised that the animals can be loud. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, outside seating, patio and pool. Also have access to the deck. Fenced in garden. There is also a children's play area in the garden. Other things to note The pool is not heated. There is no smoking allowed in the house, pool or deck area at any time. This includes vaping/drugs/cigars/tobacco. The wild birds from the river will come into the garden and can also be seen in the front gardens of the neighboring houses. Please do not disturb them and they will leave you alone. Please note that there is a farm at the back of the house. The animals can sometimes be loud. When it rains, the bottom of the garden can get waterlogged.
