Magical one bedroom woodland retreat

Tucked away in around 5 acres of tranquil pasture and woodland on the outskirts of a small Warwickshire village. The Hoot is a luxury wooden hut for two seeking a little reset time. Hidden within our little wood, (planted by us!) it’s a chance to retreat from the hustle and bustle for a while - watch the pheasants wandering by or if you are lucky you may get a visit from deer and hares too. Off grid, eco friendly escape. Hot tub available by arrangement. The space Our little hut, often described as Hobbitty, usually gets a wow on arrival. It is sited in a small wood planted by us over 20 years ago. It’s eco friendly and off grid but still luxurious. Within walking distance of the local pub but completely private on the edge of our village. We have a wood fired hot tub- please request in advance so we can have it filled and ready to heat for your arrival (from £30 includes logs) see further details under house rules Guest access There is a large car parking area leading to the wood. You have sole use of the space. Let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you personally or arrange to leave a key. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet please enter this when booking under number of guests. The charge of £20 will then be included in your total fee
