Spacious and comfortable rooms: closets, desks, chairs, night tables and mirrors. It has 4 bathrooms: 1 half bathroom and 3 full bathrooms, 1 with a jacuzzi. The space 183 square meter apartment, 3 bedrooms. 1 master bedroom with king size bed, 1 with double bed and 1 with double bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with two sinks and a Jacuzzi. A second bathroom in the hallway is shared by the second and third bedrooms. This bathroom has a large shower. We also have an additional bathroom with shower and hot water next to the laundry room. The apartment has a large dining room overlooking the ocean. There is also a small family room with TV and cable. Well-equipped kitchen with an additional daily dining area overlooking the terrace and the sea. The terrace is spacious, not roofed, so the terrace furniture is in the living room and is taken out and put in. They are extremely lightweight. The hot water heater that fills the Jacuzzi does not have the capacity to fill it completely with hot water, so it is recommended to use it in summer. Guest access The building's entrance has some stairs. If you have heavy luggage, when checking in and out, you can access the garage where there are no stairs and there are two elevators that will take you directly to the apartment. If I can't receive you personally, the building has friendly doormen who will open the building's door and tell you the location of the box with the keys to the apartment.
