While cooking for the guest in the unit is allowed, cooking for a party is prohibited. The apartment is private and all space is for the individual guest(s). The apartment is in the historic Old Town district within easy walking distance of downtown, Interpretive Center, Pettus Bridge, many churches and library. Two of Selma's most beautiful antebellum homes are within the same block. Off-street parking is available. Selma has no public transportation but this unit is located only 3 blocks from the downtown area and within walking distance of most historic sites, the public library and several restaurants. I can also suggest names of local people that will give tours. VERY IMPORTANT We do allow pets but there are certain restrictions as to breeds and house rules regarding pets. Please make sure to mention in your request to reserve the unit that you have a pet and what breed it is. Must discuss pets before booking, please.
