Cozy warm home, small house in a central location East of Downtown LA. Bus one block away and gold line metro a few blocks away. 10 mins from Chinatown and Little Tokyo. 30 mins from Hollywood and Echo Park. Plenty of places to relax w some wine and read or just enjoy our beautiful sunny weather. I’m very laid back and friendly. Enjoy meeting new people and learning from others. Have 2 big friendly dogs, 1 lap dog.A private entrance thru the backyard connected to a patio. ok to smoke outside. The space It’s the nicest house in the street. If you love animals you will love it here. Lots of outdoor space to relax . 5 sitting places and ok to smoke outside Guest access Since we have a stay at home you can hang out anywhere except my room . The den in the basement is fully furnished w TV and awesome stereo sound plus office, printer etc During your stay I’m hear but respect your space.
