The Terrace Level Midtown Guest Suite

Walk to Piedmont Park, the Beltline, Ponce City Market and Georgia Tech from our house. The suite has a French Queen bed, G00gle Wi-Fi, walk-in shower and private parking. We typically only host family and friends because the space is below the main floor of our home. It's a comfy respite for business travelers and acquaintances because it has a separate, ground level, outside entrance. City of Atlanta License Number: STRL-2022-00858 The space The guest suite is a little apartment located down the driveway and below the main level of our house. It does not have a kitchen but does have a microwave, coffee-maker and mini fridge. The only internal connection to the main house is through our basement so it is very private for guests who can come and go without needing to interact with us as hosts. Guest access Guests access the drive to get to the ground floor entry and are welcome to stroll around the back yard. There is a second door that connects the suite to the main house through the unfinished part of the basement, but it would be locked for privacy between guests and hosts. Other things to note You may hear footsteps or doors opening and closing from the main house if we are home. And you may hear birds, music, cats or traffic from the neighborhood; but the suite is generally private and quiet. Registration Details STRL-2022-00019
