Sierra Foothill Farm Stay

Are you looking for a Sierra foothills getaway? Would you enjoy some time on a farm without all of the farm work? Come stay at our peaceful 3 acre homestead. It’s an ideal space to sit back, relax, and enjoy the benefits of farm life with organic vegetables right out the back door, and fresh chicken eggs for breakfast. The space This unique space feels like you're out in the country, yet it’s just a few miles from historic Nevada City and Grass Valley, with excellent restaurants, nightlife, art galleries, and boutique shops. We are looking for someone to sublease our homestead for a few weeks. The exact dates are June 20 to July 11, and we need someone to commit to the whole time. The ideal situation will be a single person, couple, or a family with 1 child and no pets. Guest access You will have access to the main house - master bedroom, a large living room with a view, open style kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs, office space, and a playroom / yoga studio, as well as the BBQ, pergola / patio / hot tub area, and the gardens. Other things to note For the discounted price, we are looking for someone who will care for our cat. She is pretty self sufficient, yet she needs someone to be sure her food is filled and has access to come indoors at night. There is a caretaker/tenant on site who will be caring for the gardens, chickens, and our dog. He will be available for any questions and is very low-key and respectful of your privacy. In return, we ask for our guests to also be respectful of our neighbors.
