The outdoor entertaining has a fully enclosed yard with deck and grass area for you to enjoy our lawn games and snuggle around the fire pit to finish your day. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor to the property and have a relaxed coastal vibe comprising of 2 Queen beds and 1 King. The main bathroom is upstairs and a handy downstairs bathroom and shower is perfect for the kids when they come in from the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for your loved ones or enjoy great food and wine and we provide a Nespresso coffee machine for your use. Guest access Private access through your own entry. Other things to note This is strictly a no party house and quiet time is to be between 10.00pm and 8:00am for our wonderful Neighbours.
