Bridgebrook on Lake Superior

Come and enjoy Lake Superior from our home in Lutsen. The house is perched on a bluff with private access to the lake, allowing Superior views and sounds of waves crashing on the ledgerock below. Enjoy everything the North Shore has to offer, we are located on the Gitch-Gami bike trail and close to Lutsen Mountain, Superior National Golf Course, Fika Coffee, the North Shore Winery, Grand Marais, and all the scenic stops! This is our family home, we ask that you treat it as you would your own. The space The house has three separate living units connected by glass breezeways. The north unit has the master bedroom and bath, the middle unit has the entry/living/dining/kitchen areas, and the south unit has two guest bedrooms and second bath. It is a spacious, open floor plan with modern, clean aesthetics. Be forwarned that the house has an abundance of natural light, with floor to ceiling windows on the lake side that allow for amazing views of the lake throughout the house. The house is heated by geothermal and has in-floor heating, as well as being powered (mostly) by solar. We also have an EV charger available for guest use. Guest access Guests will have access to the home and the lake. The garage and the yurt located on the other side of the bridge are not available for guest use. Although, guests may request to use the yurt as an additional space during the summer months. Other things to note Please be forewarned that the house does not have any blinds or window shades on the lake side. We do provide eye masks for sleeping in the master bedroom dresser, otherwise recommend bringing some if you are sensitive to light while sleeping.
