No swab test/med certificate needed. Kids are allowed. Pool access is 150 each on regular days and 300 each for holidays. Pool fees should be settled in advance if your stay falls on a weekend/holiday (Shore PMO are closed on these days). To minimize physical exposure, our house manager is currently not available for check-in assistance. Guests are requested to do self check-in. The smoke alarms are very sensitive. It can be easily triggered by smoke from vaping or cooking, etc. A fire alarm caused by the tenant and guests of the unit will have to pay a hefty penalty for it. Please avoid any damages to the room as any violation ticket issued by the property management office will be charged to you upon check out. Other things to note Treat our home as your own. Help us maintain and take good care of our home. CLEAN AS YOU GO. A security/accidental deposit shall apply per confirmed booking and will be collected on the day of check-in. The refund will be given back upon check-out. (Currently suspended) Please read and follow house rules, any damages and/or penalties made to the unit will be strictly charged to the staying guests. Additional fees may be collected if standard check in/out is not followed. Garbage room is beside the fire exit. Swimming pool / garden area is in the 2nd floor.
