Secluded 3 bedroom gite on mountain hillside

Newly listed gîte in the very picturesque French Pyrenees village of Boutx. Imagine returning here after a day’s skiing at nearby Le Mourtis resort. Taking in the views with a hot chocolate on the terrace. Or maybe you prefer a warmer climate. We have amazing walking and cycling trials right from the door. Fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday whether you want a relaxing break or action packed adventure! The space A great space for either a family or group of friends, the gite is a self contained unit that has it’s own terrace with spectacular views over the local countryside and mountains. Whilst it is attached to the main house (our family home) it does have it’s own private access. You'll have full use of the following: The large kitchen/dining room has a Velux window, shutters and a cosy logburner with free logs. This is the main source of heating. Extra can be added by radiators. The radiators work for the gite and home below so please advise us if you need extra heating. In the winter the heating via radiators is 6.30-8.30 and 17-19. The kitchen area is a fully equipped space with a gas cooker, including an oven, and four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Massimo coffeemachine, high chair, large farmhouse table seating six. The Small TV sitting area has a velux window and vaulted ceiling. TV for dvds, many supplied, HDMI lead for laptop. Patio doors open out onto the terrace with barbecue. Steps lead up to the second parking area with views of the Pic du Gar. The new shower room has a shower, large sink, toilet and towel rail, not heated. There are towels for all guests. There is no heating in the bathroom but there is a radiator outside the door and the log burner backs onto the bathroom as it is in the next room. All bedding is provided. Bedroom 1 is a large room with a vaulted ceiling, a radiator, built-in wardrobes, patio door and a south facing balcony with a view to die for that overlooks the large terrace below. As it is a vaulted room there are at times cobwebs, this is a mountain property so seeing wildlife in the garden and from the balcony is usual. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with a window, internal shutters, a radiator and vaulted ceiling. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with internal shutters, a radiator and vaulted ceiling. Child friendly: travel cot, high chair, baby bath and changing mat, and lots and lots of toys are available for guests use. We also accepts dogs. Guest access 3 bedroom Gite with its own parking space next to the trees with steps to gite and garden seating area below. Please park here and neighbours have other spaces. There is room to park 2 cars, one behind the other.
