Guest access Guests have access to the accommodation and parking by passing under a porch where there is a gate giving access to a large parking lot where you can park along the neighboring wall. Access for guests also has its outside in front of the house and the side, a barbecue area and picnic table are at your disposal as well as a ping pong table/swing and slide for games. Other things to note free shared parking (access via gate/ porch)/ and possibility to shelter a motorcycle(by stipulating it when booking). non-functional fireplace heating with oil boiler The accommodation is clean and disinfected upon arrival. Clean sheets and bedding made. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by you, if it is not done correctly additional cleaning fees may apply. Similarly, for any damage to equipment, interior and/or exterior materials or theft, you will also be charged. Thank you for your understanding. Possibility of breakfast basket on request only the 1st night (6 euros/person; 4 euros/child under 10 years old): which consists of an assortment of industrial pastries such as: brioche, pastries/madeleines (industrial); apricot and strawberry jam/spread/milk/cocoa powder/coffee/tea/sugar/fruit juice; various yogurts (1 per person). Charcuterie/cheese supplement (€3/additional person) to be specified when ordering breakfast. This basket will be placed on the table upon your arrival; fresh products in the kitchen refrigerator. Charcuterie platter also available on request (only on Friday and Saturday evenings from September to June) to be booked no later than the day before your arrival (15 euros platter for 2 people)
