Exclusive villa on Värmdö

Mörtnäs is located just after Gustavsberg and is one of the popular areas on Värmdö. Here you live in an exclusive modern house in a quiet area close to the sea at Västerviken, Mörtnäsviken and Grisslingefjärden. The house has a heated swimming pool and large pool deck with sun all day. The pool area was built in 2022, the pool is 8x4 meters. The space On Värmdö there is very lovely to brighten the holiday with! Popular Grisslinge sea bath with nice sandy beach is only a few minutes walk from the house. There is a bakery/pastry and restaurant directly at the beach and a beach volleyball court. It is just as close to walking to Värmdö shopping center where you find well-stocked grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants and interior design stores. You can easily take the car or bus to Stavsnäs (takes 20 min) and then hop on any of the archipelago boats out to Sandhamn or any of the other nearby archipelago islands. A perfect day trip! In Gustavsbergs Hamn there are our favorite restaurants Kattholmen and the Orangery. There you easily get there by bike, bus or car. There are also nice archipelago hooks in Strömma and in Björkvik. A drive to Siggesta farm or a shopping day at the archipelago island of Waxholm is also to recommend. Or why not just stroll around Mörtnäs scenic surroundings with nice walking paths and hiking trails. Guest access The house is surrounded by a large pool deck with outdoor shower, dining area, lounge corner and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue, treadmill and fireplace.
