This open layout can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people and is nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is free! You may park on the street only. This casita also has a detached "Serene Desert Rose" main home. But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both homes are detached and have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living spaces. Transport to a relaxing experience that is like no other. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a 5-star stay! Guest access You'll have access to your entire unit and dedicated backyard space (separated by an iron gate as pictured). Other things to note Pet Policy Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund. Security To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
