Welcome to my modest one bedroom flat . Being a small flat, I tried to keep it simple, minimal functional but hopefully cosy An entire flat for complete privacy, consisting of 1 Bedroom, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom The flat is on the first floor. Below the flat there are arrays of shops, takeaways, cafes, restaurants, bars with lively music Its located in Fore Bondgate in the historical market town centre of Bishop Auckland within walking distance to the Auckland Castle, Mining Art Gallery, Kynren Guest access Entire flat Other things to note The kitchen does not have an oven or a cooking hob. You will be staying in Flat No.31. I have another flat i.e. Flat No.30 which is my other listing in Airbnb and is situated directly opposite your flat 31. Both flats are on the first floor above the D Tech Computer shop. Access to these 2 flats is via the green wooden door from Fore Bondgate street. This is a private entrance/access for both flats. Secure private car parking space for guests of both flats is available at the rear yard of the D Tech Computer Shop. Access to private car park is via the Northgate. Please look for the green roller shutter door with the D Tech Computer sign. (on Northgate Street) I have only one remote control for the shutter door to be shared between Guests from Flat 30 and Flat 31 so please leave the remote control on the little table at the foot of the stairways when finished parking. For safety and security of my neighbors, I would appreciate very much if the roller shutter door is shut once your parking is completed.
