It's well equipped with everything you will need plus more. The master bedroom includes a personal mini fridge. There will also be complementary coffee, non-perishable food, and snacks. Feel free to use what you need. Clean towels are in the bathroom closet. Hygienic supplies are in the sliding glass shelf over the toilet. The laundry room with the washer/dryer is in the carport where you will also find the grill you can bring out for family fun. There are complementary washing supplies in the laundry room. Each room is one of a kind with a flat screen connected to a Roku device. The yard is 1 acre and ready for fun. This house is a total of 1100 sqft. Kick off your shoes and relax your feet. Guest access The carport is big enough to park 2 cars. The outside of the house is securely monitored with a 24hr Home Security System. There is also parking available on the street. Parking is free. Do not park on the grass. Other things to note *There is the EightMile Fresh Watershed behind the property slightly beyond the bushes. Do not swim or go in the water for it is the property of the city. *The yard is 1 acre. Grill is onsite. *The pet fee is per animal. Please pick up pet droppings. It is a fine for evidence of pet droppings in the yard. *Check out time is at 11am. There is a $50 fee for checking out 30 mins after the check out time . You will be charged for an additional stay 1 hr after the checkout time. *Additional guests over 6 people are welcomed with an additional guest fee of $50 fee per night per person. Please put the correct amount of guests on the reservation or message me so you can be charged correctly. If you have unauthorized guests not on your reservation during your stay, your reservation will be modified to correct number of guests with fine and/or canceled if there are more people at the stay than was listed on the reservation from the security camera.
