Idyllically located thatched cottage on extensive courtyard grounds surrounded by old trees and wide meadows. Lovingly decorated in vintage style with a fireplace, playhouse, fireplace and plenty of space. The space On the outskirts of the idyllic village of Markerup lies the extensive grounds of the former farm. A narrow oak alley leads to the courtyard square, birches and ancient beech trees line the green garden with fire pit, riding area and small horse stable. The house half to the courtyard side is an idyll for holiday guests: sun-dodged and furnished with prepared old furniture to match the style of the house. The heart of the house is the spacious dining area with solid floor table and fully equipped open kitchen. The living room with fireplace and adjoining sleeping area (double bed 160x200cm) is another feel-good place in the house. In the room with double bunk bed, you can paint and craft at the desk, but also work wonderfully quietly. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) as well as a cozy rocking chair. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. Our holiday guests can make use of a playhouse with table football, table tennis, a dartboard and much more, as well as a large trampoline and a fire pit with barbecue equipment. Terrace or garden areas can be fenced at will with a mobile dog fence. Adjoining the half of the holiday home is a cosy one-room apartment with a double bed and a private terrace. If you are interested in both properties, we would be happy to offer a discount. Guest access The key is stored in a safe for our guests. You will receive the code a few days before your arrival! Other things to note If you want to start your vacation with beds already made, we are happy to take care of it for you: bed linen, bath, hand and tea towel cost 25.00 euros per person. Keep in mind that you otherwise have to bring sheets and towels!
