There is dock closet that has a lot of items you have access to for your lake use. There is large storage shed to the right of the house that has plenty of toys for the water and/or outdoor areas. Blue Springs Marina and restaurant are only a few minutes away. You will enter the home from the main level on the side screen porch next to the double garage. The exterior door inside the screen porch will have a keypad (keyless entry). We will provide you the code the day of check-in. Other things to note Please park in the driveway areas, garages, or on the right side of the house. Please do not block the driveway that leads to the boat ramp. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We have an extra pet crate at the home for your use. We don't allow pets on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. No pet fee required. If there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the home or yard, you will be charged the cost to clean it.
